Winter Parliament session: Both Houses adjourned till Monday following ruckus over demonetisation, Azad's remark
New Delhi: Following the uproar in the Parliament's Winter Session on discussions over Bharatiya Janata Party’s demonetisation move and Congress's Ghulam Nabi Azad's remark, both the Lower and Upper House has been adjourned till Monday.
Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu while briefing the media over Palriament logjam said, "We have said we are ready for the discussion, don't know why the opposition is creating uproar in the house. The Congress party is trying to divert the issue and is running away from having the discussion in the parliament."
"I want to know from Congress that what is their view on Ghulam Nabi Azad's statement," Venkaiah Naidu added.
